Over 10 years’ experience in Airline Industry Intelligence and Research

Emma has over 10 years of experience in leading market research, intelligence and customer insight initiatives locally, regionally and globally for multinational organisations specifically within the travel and IT industries.

After spending 7 years of her career with Amadeus working in France and Australia, providing research expertise in 15 markets throughout Asia Pacific ranging from China to New Zealand, she has recently moved back ‘home’ to England to apply this experience to her role as Research Manager for T2RL.

She has also worked within other research organisations in the pharmaceutical and motor industries gaining strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and varied research methodology know-how combined with proven experience in thought leadership, white papers, case studies and sales support.

Emma is a British national, speaks fluent French and has excellent communication skills to suit all levels of the hierarchy and across diverse cultures.
