Paul has over 20 years of information technology experience within the airline and travel industry with a particular focus on IT architecture and service-based solution architecture. For the last 18 years Paul has held various positions within Amadeus culminating in five years as global commercial business management leader for Amadeus responsible for Service Management design and governance for the Amadeus services suite of products. Together with T2RL, Paul brings this knowledge to the travel industry community to forge an improvement in the industry towards Outcome Based Agreements.
