COPA is one of the most profitable airlines in the world today. As part of its focus to remain at the front of the pack it asked T2RL to assist in developing a strategy for direct distribution. This included an evaluation of the opportunity and the market place for internet booking engines to run alongside the Hewlett-Packard (EDS) reservation services. This work lead to the selection and contracting of Dublin-based Datalex to deliver the "best shop in town".
