Richard Clarke has over 20 years experience in the travel industry. This includes work as a consultant and an adviser on technology for airlines, global distribution systems, travel agents, governmental agencies and regulatory bodies, institutional investors, and IT system vendors with solutions for the travel and transportation market place. He speaks regularly at conferences and has written for travel publications such as Airline Business and IATA's Airlines International.
Richard has lived in the UK, France, Spain, Thailand, and China. He has a BA in Business Finance and Accounting from Coventry Business School in the UK.
Ian Tunnacliffe has over 30 years of experience in the application of information technology to the airline and wider travel industries. He has held management positions with British Airways, Galileo, and Amadeus, overseeing both technical and commercial responsibilities in those organisations. Prior to joining the technology research business Ian spent four years as the principal of a consulting company, specializing in the use of IT in the travel industry. During that time, he worked on projects with blue chip clients including British Airways, the oneworld airline alliance, SITA, and Airtours PLC (now part of Thomas Cook Group plc).
Ian has lived in the UK, Ireland, Kuwait and Spain and has spent extended periods working in the USA. He holds a BSc in Applied Physics from University College London and an MBA from the Open University Business School

Mike Moore has over 30 years experience in the travel and transport sector. He has previously held roles as CIO and Change Programme Director with global companies including, Avis, TNT and Tui. He has been in the consulting and interim management field since 2001, working with both vendor and travel companies ranging from multinationals through to SME and start-up organisations.
His areas of specialism include strategic planning, programme management, change management, vendor assessment, vendor negotiation, coaching and mentoring. Mike has lived in the UK, Netherlands and Panama. He holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Durham.
Julia has nearly 10 years of Sales Experience in the Aviation and Aerospace Research Industry. She started her career at British Airways where she was selected as a Cadet Pilot on the industry's most prestigious jet training scheme. She has since established a commercial career, driving business and establishing strategic client relationships globally with Research firms such as Frost and Sullivan and most recently the globally leading IT Research firm Gartner.
Originally from Germany, Julia has travelled extensively and is bilingual. She holds a current Private Pilots License and is a registered NLP Practitioner.
Robin Wallace has ten years experience as director of technology solutions for the travel industry. This has involved work as a web developer, technical product expert and strategy advisor. He is regarded as an expert in e-commerce user interface, content management, white labelling and internationalisation.
Robin has been responsible for the delivery of web platforms and sites to lastminute.com, Sabre, BAA, Emirates, National Rail, Opodo, Kuoni, Thomas Cook and Expedia. Robin also manages and develops our own Travel Technology Research website.
